Owner's Memories: Our family has lived in this neighborhood for over 55 years. In that time, it has always been safe and the neighbors friendly, caring and cooperative. There is mature Eureka lemon tree by the back gate. Looking out the kitchen window, across the deck is a tropical pineapple guava shrub. Green-skinned kiwi size fruits appear in mid to late summer developing a wonderful fragrance just before ripening in fall. The house has seen many gatherings of friends and family over the years.
